CHOREOGRAPHER & OWNER
CJ Dance Choreography
Carly Rudesill was born and raised in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. She is a wife and mother of three who loves dance. She has a true passion for coaching and choreography. Her company, CJ Dance Choreography and Consulting, was launched in 2021.
With over 20 years invested in the dance industry, she understands what your program needs from a choreographer and consultant. She wants to work alongside athletes and coaches to make their gifts and talents shine through! Her ultimate goal is to support and elevate all the hard work that has already been done and help athletes and teams reach their highest potential. She has a heart for these athletes, the coaches, and most importantly, a passion for dance.

EXPERIENCE
As a dance choreographer and coach for 15+ years and a dancer with over 20 years of training and experience in studio, all star, dance team, and ballroom, Carly strives to use her passion and experience to help athletes and teams meet their goals through prioritizing growth. She has danced and coached competitively at the top studios in the Fox Valley and Green Bay Area, and also coached in Phoenix, AZ for 5 seasons. She has worked with dancers of all ages, levels, and genres. With countless routines bringing home top placements in national competitions, state championship titles, and undefeated seasons, her choreography is competitive and memorable while still being tailored to the unique individuals on your team.

Cleanings
On site or virtual critiquing and cleaning of any routines with insight and feedback from a trained choreographer and judges perspective.
Technique
Technique Training clinics and camps customized to your team’s needs, including Leaps, Turns, Jumps, Pom Fundamentals, Strength & Flexibility.​
Judging
Available for Tryouts, Competitions, Virtual/Written scoresheets and feedback.
